38. His Ways Are Higher Testimonial w/Social Worker Kylea Raines

Kylea Raines hasn't had a traditional teaching path, and she hasn't always tuned into God's direction, but He's guided her and made His Higher Ways known! In this episode Kylea candidly shares with teachers that tuning into God's voice, praying, and being sure to stay connected to the Vine and filled up is the best way we can prepare to serve our students. It's in the hardest seasons, she says, that prayer is the sustenance we need to be filled up for giving away what our students need each day. I couldn't agree more! As we teach-connected with God in our classrooms and team with God in our personal lives it's all about communing with Him in conversation through prayer and His Word. He is our sustainer and our great supply. Just as the scriptures say in Psalm 87:7 all our fountains truly are found in Him! We need God to have vision, purpose, and supply all we need to speak His heart and act out of His higher ways each day. We also need to be receiving His love for us daily to be effective in our strategic positions.

37. Testimony of Unseen Hope w/Former Student Jason Luna

Raise your hand if you've ever had a student who you weren't quite sure whether or not you'd reached them? Our goal as Christian Teachers is always to leave a significant impact for the Kingdom.... but sometimes it's hard to tell whether any of our prayers, words of encouragement, acts of kindness, or even our consistency has mattered. 35. Simple, Yet Profound w/Former Student Dylan Griffin

Have you ever received a tiny nudge from God and you followed it to find that your obedience genuinely blessed someone else? Dylan Griffin's testimony in part is the result of one teacher's simple obedience to tune into God's voice to give an encouraging word (and later a revelatory picture) in due season that lifted Dylan to have hope in a season where hope was far from him. 
 
Listen to be encouraged by how sharing one simple word or a picture God gives you to a specific student could change the trajectory of their life! We never know how deeply handing a Word or a scripture to a student can help them hold on for dear life during a time they had nothing else to lean on. God is on the move. He's in a good mood and He wants you and I to partner with Him to put His goodness on display.

Eliana Buller, who serves as a minister with Presence Worship, comes to us with a Gen Z perspective of what it means to grow up as a "Christian" and then step into her "Kingdom Thinking". Eliana's parents have been pastoral staff for a long time and have chosen to serve in the public schools. Their decision to step into Kingdom Identity as educators of influence for Christ in the schools has had a significant impact on Eliana. In her preservice teacher program, Eliana brings to us a fresh passion for carrying our authority in Christ and calling out the gold in our students, knowing that the seeds we plant will impact families in a profound way.
